Ingredients

  • Beans, black, boiled, without salt | 1.33 cup
  • Ready-to-bake corn tortillas | 4.00 tortilla
  • Onions raw | 2.00 tbsp chopped
  • Tomatoes, green, raw | 0.50 cup
  • Ready-to-serve, salsa | 0.50 cup
  • Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped | 1.00 oz
  • Yogurt, plain, whole milk | 0.25 cup 8 fl oz

Instructions

  1. Cut tomatoes into wedges, chop cilantro. Set aside,
  2. Mix beans with onion and tomatoes. Microwave tortillas between two sheets of slightly damp with paper towels on high for 15 seconds.
  3. Divide bean mixture between the tortillas. Fold each tortilla to enclose filling. Place on microwave safe dish and spoon salsa over each burrito. Microwave on high for 15 seconds. Serve topped with yogurt and cilantro.
