Ingredients

  • Low fat yogurt | 1.50 cup 8 fl oz
  • Blueberries, raw | 0.25 cup
  • Blackberries, raw | 0.25 cup
  • Strawberries, raw | 0.25 cup, whole
  • Raspberries, raw | 0.25 cup
  • Almonds | 0.12 cup, sliced
  • Wheat bran, crude | 0.25 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix all the berries together. Set aside.
  2. Add half yogurt in a blender; add berries, almonds, bran and honey. Work on it until makes a smooth puree. Add remaining yogurt and work until well combined.
  3. Pour in serving glasses, top with ice cubes and serve immediately.
