- Heat the boiler. Take a small bowl, add butter and mustard, mix them properly. Then spread it on top of brie cheese. Place it on a flameproof serving plate, after that broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for almost 3 to 4 minutes till top starts to simmer.
- Spread walnuts on top and let it broil for 2 to 3 minutes more till nuts become golden. Serve when ready.
