  • Garlic, raw | 1.00 Tbsp
  • Mayonnaise, with salt | 0.25 cup
  • Low fat sour cream | 0.25 cup
  • Apple cider vinegar | 2.00 tsp
  • Granulated sugar | 1.00 tsp
  • Broccoli, raw | 4.00 cup chopped
  • Waterchesnuts, raw | 1.00 cup slices
  • Pork bacon cooked | 3.00 slice cooked
  • Dried cranberries/craisins, sweetened | 0.13 cup
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash

Instructions

  1. Whisk minced garlic clove, mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Add chopped broccoli, rinsed and sliced water chestnuts, cooked bacon crumbled, dried cranberries and pepper; stir to coat with the dressing.
  3. Adjust seasoning according to taste.
  4. Toss well and serve immediately. Or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
