Ingredients

  • Flatfish (flounder) raw | 4.00 oz
  • Butter salted | 2.00 tbsp
  • Spices, paprika | 0.25 tsp
  • Salt | 1.00 tsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 tsp, ground

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler to High. Wash fish; pat dry.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat butter in an oven - proof broiling dish (such as Pyrex) under broiler until melted, remove.
  4. Place fish in dish and turn to coat with butter. Sprinkle with paprika and place dish in oven 5 inches from element.
  5. Cook 2 to 8 minutes, depending on thickness of fish, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
