Ingredients

  • Corn, sweet, white, frozen, kernels cut off cob, unprepared | 1.50 package 10 oz
  • Reduced sodium vegetable soup | 0.50 can (10.75 oz)
  • Spring onions | 1.00 cup, chopped
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Brown rice, long grain, cooked | 3.00 cup
  • Parsley, raw | 0.25 cup chopped

Instructions

  1. Take a large non-stick skillet; coat it with a non-stick cooking spray. Add the scallions in it and sauté for several minutes. Then put the broth, corn, and seasoning and cook for 2 minutes until done.
