  • Brown sugar | 1.00 cup packed
  • Egg, yolk, raw | 1.00 large
  • Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched | 2.25 cup

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a large bowl, beat brown sugar with butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla extract and egg yolk, blend well. Add flour; stir until mixture forms a smooth dough.
  4. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2-inches apart onto un-greased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned and set.
  6. Allow to cool completely then serve!
