Ingredients

  • Garlic, raw | 1.00 Tbsp
  • Grass-fed beef ground, raw | 1.00 lb
  • Tomatoes, red, raw | 3.00 cherry
  • Tomato paste, canned without salt | 2.00 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce, no salt | 0.50 cup
  • Mustard, prepared, yellow | 1.00 tbsp
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Sour cream, reduced fat | 0.50 cup
  • White mushrooms raw | 1.00 cup, whole

Instructions

  1. Chop the mushrooms coarsely; mince the garlic; chop the tomatoes finely. In the skillet; cook the ground beef along with the mushrooms, garlic and seasonings until brown. Pour off the fat and then put tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce and mustard in the skillet.
  2. Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes. Remove the cover and simmer further for 20 minutes, stirring. Now add the sour cream and season to taste, stir.
  3. Transfer to the serving plate on the bed of pasta. Serve Burger Stroganoff Recipe immediately.
