- Finely chop the green onions.
- Beat the buttermilk and cream cheese with a whisk or fork in a small bowl till a creamy texture is achieved.
- Fold in the onions, pepper, dill, and horseradish sauce and garlic paste.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
- Serve with fresh vegetables, baby carrots, celery, tomatoes and cucumber work well!
