- Shred all the cabbages; squeeze out the juice of lemon;core the apples and then slice them.
- Take a large bowl, put cabbages and apple in it along with the lemon juice and then toss together.
- For dressing:
- Put together honey, oil and vinegar in a screw-top jar.
- Then add salt and pepper.
- Close the jar and shake well to combine thoroughly.
- Ladle the dressing over the salad and then lightly toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with caraway seeds and toss again.
