Ingredients

  • Cooked ground beef | 1.00 portion yield from 1/2 lb raw meat
  • Cabbage, raw | 0.50 head, medium about 5-3/4" dia
  • Carrots, raw | 3.00 medium
  • Corn, yellow, whole kernel, frozen, microwaved | 2.00 cup
  • Beans, snap, green, raw | 2.00 cup
  • Tomato and vegetable juice, low sodium | 46.00 fl oz
  • Spices, garlic powder | 0.50 tsp
  • Spices, onion powder | 1.00 tsp
  • Salt | 0.50 tsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 0.50 tsp, ground

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in Dutch oven.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Pat beef and wipe grease out of the pot with clean paper towel. Put all the ingredients into pot.
  4. Add some liquid and cook until vegetables are tender.
