Carrot and Beet Juice Recipe

Ingredients

  • Carrots, raw | 2.00 medium
  • Unsweetened pineapple juice, without ascorbic acid | 0.75 cup
  • Beets, boiled, drained | 1.00 cup slices
  • Orange juice, raw | 0.50 cup
  • Yogurt, plain, whole milk | 5.00 tbsp
  • Drinking tap water | 0.75 cup 8 fl oz

Instructions

  1. To make carrot juice, put some ice cubes in blender along with carrots, pineapple juice and pineapple pieces.
  2. Blend well to form a smooth slush.
  3. Pour into chilled goblets, insert a straw and serve!
  4. To make beet juice, pour orange juice, water, yogurt along with beet into the blender.
  5. Blend nicely into a smooth mixture.
  6. Pour into chilled goblets, insert a straw and serve!
