Ingredients

  • Orange juice, raw | 6.00 fl oz
  • Spices, coriander | 1.00 tbsp
  • Carrots, raw | 1.00 lb medium
  • Drinking tap water | 0.33 liter
  • Goat cheese, soft | 2.00 oz
  • Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped | 1.25 oz
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash

Instructions

  1. Grate carrots and place them in a saucepan along with the ground coriander, water and orange juice. Cover and let simmer for about 40 minutes until carrots are tendered. Cool and transfer them into a blender with a little cooking liquid.
  2. Put coriander leaves and cheese and blend again until smooth. Season and blend again.
  3. Ladle into small serving dishes and serve with country bread.
