  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, oregano, dried | 1.00 tsp, ground
  • Hazelnut oil | 1.00 tsp
  • Brown sugar | 1.00 tbsp packed
  • Lemon peel, raw | 1.00 tsp
  • Lemon juice, raw | 0.50 lemon yields
  • Carrots, raw | 1.00 lb medium
  • Olive oil | 4.00 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Finely grate carrots and set aside. Place grated carrots in a bowl and mix half of the lemon juice, lemon peel, sugar, olive oil and hazelnut oil.
  2. Stir in more lemon juice and season it according to your taste then drizzle over the oregano slightly and keep salad aside for an hour before serving.
