Ingredients

  • Oyster sauce | 2.00 tbsp
  • Soy sauce made from soy and wheat shoyu | 1.00 tbsp
  • Hot chili red pepper, raw | 4.00 pepper
  • Sweet Green peppers, raw | 1.00 medium
  • Garlic, raw | 2.00 Tbsp
  • Palm kernel oil | 2.00 tablespoon
  • Chicken breast with skin, raw | 2.00 breast, bone removed
  • Spring onions | 2.00 large
  • Cashew nuts, raw | 6.00 oz

Instructions

  1. Seed and dice the sweet pepper; chop the red chilies; slice the garlic clove; cut the scallions into 2-inch length; roast the cashew nuts; remove and discard the skin of the chicken and cut into bite-size pieces; set them aside.
  2. Take a wok and heat the oil in it then put chilies and garlic and fry until golden.
  3. Then add the chicken and stir-fry until it changes color and then add red pepper.
  4. Then stir in the sauces and then add the scallions and nuts.
  5. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.
