- Seed and dice the sweet pepper; chop the red chilies; slice the garlic clove; cut the scallions into 2-inch length; roast the cashew nuts; remove and discard the skin of the chicken and cut into bite-size pieces; set them aside.
- Take a wok and heat the oil in it then put chilies and garlic and fry until golden.
- Then add the chicken and stir-fry until it changes color and then add red pepper.
- Then stir in the sauces and then add the scallions and nuts.
- Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
