- Take cauliflower and broccoli and cut them in same sizes. Take a pan, heat oil in it and toss both cauliflower and broccoli florets on high flame for a minute.
- Lower the flame and keep frying for 5 more minutes and then mix chili powder, hazelnuts and season it according to taste.
- Add cottage cheese just when cauliflower is crisp and a little soft, let it heat a little more. Serve just when ready. Garnish with chopped pepper and chili rings.
