  • Cottage cheese (Low Fat) | 2.00 ounce
  • Spices, chili powder | 1.00 tsp
  • Hazelnuts | 0.50 cup, chopped
  • Oil, sunflower, linoleic less than 60% | 1.00 tbsp
  • Cauliflower, raw | 6.00 oz flowerets
  • Broccoli flower clusters, raw | 1.50 cup flowerets

  1. Take cauliflower and broccoli and cut them in same sizes. Take a pan, heat oil in it and toss both cauliflower and broccoli florets on high flame for a minute.
  2. Lower the flame and keep frying for 5 more minutes and then mix chili powder, hazelnuts and season it according to taste.
  3. Add cottage cheese just when cauliflower is crisp and a little soft, let it heat a little more. Serve just when ready. Garnish with chopped pepper and chili rings.
