- Chop Edam cheese and set it aside. Heat the oven to 375°F. Take a bowl sift salt, cayenne pepper and flour in it. Add butter celery, chives and Edam. Put milk and make soft dough. Place on a slightly floured area and knead till soft and smooth.
- Make shape as a cob by heaving the dough upward and in the middle. On a greased tray place tucks facing downward and mark slash on top with a fine knife.
- Place in oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Wrap the loaf using a foil after some time, if color of the crust is turning into brown. Put on a wire rack to cool. Slice before serving.
