- Blend together the cheddar and cream cheese in a blender until smooth, add in the chives and ranch dressing. Blend further until well blended. Transfer to the small bowl, cover and then refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
- Now shape the cheese into balls and roll over the nuts. Press little and again reshape the ball. Cover with the plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until serving.
