  • Ranch salad dressing | 0.33 tablespoon
  • Cheddar cheese | 4.00 oz
  • Cream cheese | 4.00 oz, whipped
  • Chives, freeze-dried | 0.33 tbsp
  • Almonds | 0.25 cup, ground

  1. Blend together the cheddar and cream cheese in a blender until smooth, add in the chives and ranch dressing. Blend further until well blended. Transfer to the small bowl, cover and then refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
  2. Now shape the cheese into balls and roll over the nuts. Press little and again reshape the ball. Cover with the plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until serving.
