  • Egg, whole, raw | 3.00 medium
  • Brown sugar | 2.00 tbsp packed
  • Cheese, cottage, creamed | 8.75 oz
  • Whole grain wheat flour | 1.00 oz
  • Cherries, sour, red, raw | 4.50 oz
  • Butter salted | 1.00 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar | 1.00 tbsp unsifted

  1. Separate eggs, grease a casserole with butter. Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 170*C.
  3. Take a medium bowl; add egg yolks, curd cheese and brown sugar, stir well. Take another bowl; add egg whites and vanilla extract beat until they make soft peaks. Add egg whites mixture to the cheese batter and put the wheat flour. Combine them together.
  4. Pour the final mass to the buttered baking casserole and add some sour cherries over. Place in oven to bake for 35 minutes. Now sprinkle with sugar powdered and serve to enjoy.
