Ingredients

  • Baked russet potatoes | 3.00 potato large 3" to 4-1/4" dia.
  • Cooking spray | 1.00 spray , about 1/3 second 1 NLEA serving
  • Cheese, parmesan, grated | 0.25 cup
  • Salt | 0.25 tsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 0.25 tsp, ground
  • Spices, paprika | 0.25 tsp

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into long french fries strips.
  2. Coat potato strips with cooking spray; and place in a large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag.Combine cheese and remaining 3 ingredients; sprinkle over potato strips in bag.
  3. Seal bag and turn to coat potatoes well.
  4. Arrange potato strips in a single layer on a large baking sheet or jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes, turning once.
  6. Serve hot.
