Ingredients

  • Baked potatoes | 2.00 potato 2-1/3" x 4-3/4"
  • Oil, sunflower, linoleic less than 60% | 2.00 tbsp
  • Garlic, raw | 1.00 Tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese | 3.00 oz
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • White potatoes, raw | 2.00 potato large 3 to 4-1/4" dia

Instructions

  1. Crush garlic and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 375?F. Cut potatoes lengthwise 1/2 inches thick and use pastry brush to brush with sunflower oil. Arrange slices on lined baking sheets.
  3. In a small bowl, mix remaining oil with garlic and seasonings according to your taste, then brush the mixture over the top of slices.
  4. Garnish with grated cheese over potatoes slices and bake for 15 minutes until topping is golden in color and bubbling.
