- Finely chop the egg and then place it in the small bowl together with the breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, garlic and 1 tbsp of the butter.
- Remove the mushroom’s stems and arrange the mushroom caps on a baking sheet with the hollow side down, coated with the cooking spray and brush with the remaining butter.
- Place 4-inch from the heat and broil for 5 minutes or just tender. Turn them over and stuff with the cheese mixture.
- Broil 3 minutes more or until lightly browned. Transfer 'Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms' to the serving plates and serve.
