  • Cheese, swiss | 0.25 cup, shredded
  • Hardboiled egg(s) | 1.00 large
  • Seasoned dry bread crumbs | 0.50 oz
  • Butter without salt | 2.00 tbsp
  • Garlic, raw | 0.25 tsp
  • Salt | 0.13 tsp
  • White mushrooms raw | 8.00 medium

  1. Finely chop the egg and then place it in the small bowl together with the breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, garlic and 1 tbsp of the butter.
  2. Remove the mushroom’s stems and arrange the mushroom caps on a baking sheet with the hollow side down, coated with the cooking spray and brush with the remaining butter.
  3. Place 4-inch from the heat and broil for 5 minutes or just tender. Turn them over and stuff with the cheese mixture.
  4. Broil 3 minutes more or until lightly browned. Transfer 'Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms' to the serving plates and serve.
