- Preheat the oven at temperature of 350*F. In a pan, melt the spread along with milk, sugar and syrup. Grease the 7-inch shallow square tin. Place 2/3 of the mixture into a tin. Cook in oven for about 20 minutes.
- At the same time, put apples in a saucepan along with cloves, powder sugar and lemon juice and then cook until thick and pulpy.
- Spread apple over cooked oat. Place the remaining oat mixture at the top and again cook for about 20 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into 12 fingers. Ready to serve.
