- Heat up oven to 180*C. Dice chicken fillets into large pieces, set aside.
- Add flour and dice chicken in a bowl and mix to coat completely.
- Combine the apricot nectar with French onion soup.
- Keep the chicken pieces on ovenproof dish, spread the nectar mix and lid the dish for cooking.
- Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is done then serve with cooked rice and enjoy apricot chicken at once.
