  • Skinless chicken thighs, raw | 6.00 thigh, bone and skin removed
  • Self-rising enriched wheat flour | 3.00 tbsp
  • French Onion Soup, condensed | 2.00 serving 1/2 cup
  • Apricot nectar, canned, without added ascorbic acid | 2.00 cup

  1. Heat up oven to 180*C. Dice chicken fillets into large pieces, set aside.
  2. Add flour and dice chicken in a bowl and mix to coat completely.
  3. Combine the apricot nectar with French onion soup.
  4. Keep the chicken pieces on ovenproof dish, spread the nectar mix and lid the dish for cooking.
  5. Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is done then serve with cooked rice and enjoy apricot chicken at once.
