  • Cheese, cottage, creamed | 0.50 oz
  • Garlic, raw | 2.00 Tbsp
  • Whole skinless fried chicken | 1.00 cup, chopped or diced
  • Avocados, raw | 1.00 avocado, NS as to Florida or California
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Lemon juice, raw | 2.00 tbsp

  1. Crush garlic cloves, peel avocado and set aside.
  2. Take a small mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, cured cream, garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste, mix all together. Add chopped chicken cubes and stir well.
  3. Chop avocado and mix in lemon juice, add chopped avocado into chicken batter. Adjust your seasoning and place aside to chill until you necessary. Serve tasty Chicken Avocado with nacho chips as scoops, if wished.
