- Firstly chop an onion and celery strip, slice the chorizo and set them aside until required.
- Take a heavy based saucepan and heat up oil into it, add chopped onion, pepper and celery. Leave to cook until soften but not browned.
- Now add rice, chicken stock, tomato puree and Tabasco sauce. Let simmer for at least 10 minutes.
- Add chicken meat, sausage and peas, simmer for more 5 minutes. Place out from the heat and switch it off, cover it and leave to rest for just 5 minutes then serve delicious Chicken and Chorizo to all.
