- Cut the chicken breast pieces into cubes; cut the sweet pepper and onion into 1-inch pieces; mince the garlic. Take a small bowl; put together the soy sauce, splenda, salt, oyster sauce and sesame oil in it. Mix them well.
- Now take a skillet; heat the oil in it and then place the onion, garlic and peppers and cook for 1 minute, stir. Put the chicken in the skillet over the pepper mixture and cook for 5 minutes until the meat is done.
- Ladle the sauce mixture over the chicken mixture in the skillet and mix them well, heat thoroughly. Season well and stir.
