  • Skinless chicken breast, raw | 4.00 breast, bone and skin removed
  • Oyster sauce | 1.00 tbsp
  • Salt | 0.50 tsp
  • Artificial sweetener,SUCRALOSE,SPLENDA | 0.50 tsp
  • Soy sauce made from soy tamari | 1.00 tbsp
  • Sesame oil | 0.50 tsp
  • Palm kernel oil | 2.00 tablespoon
  • Sweet Green peppers, raw | 1.00 large 2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia
  • Onions raw | 1.00 small
  • Garlic, raw | 1.00 Tbsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash

  1. Cut the chicken breast pieces into cubes; cut the sweet pepper and onion into 1-inch pieces; mince the garlic. Take a small bowl; put together the soy sauce, splenda, salt, oyster sauce and sesame oil in it. Mix them well.
  2. Now take a skillet; heat the oil in it and then place the onion, garlic and peppers and cook for 1 minute, stir. Put the chicken in the skillet over the pepper mixture and cook for 5 minutes until the meat is done.
  3. Ladle the sauce mixture over the chicken mixture in the skillet and mix them well, heat thoroughly. Season well and stir.
