- Chop the cooked chicken breast; dice the apple; cut the grapes into half. In a bowl, beat together the lemon juice, mayonnaise, yogurt and salt.
- Now put the apple, grapes, chicken, celery and 0.25 cup walnuts (if desired). Toss to coat.
- Serve 'Chicken Waldorf Salad' topped with the remaining 0.25 cup of walnuts.
