  • Mayonnaise, diet, cholesterol free | 0.33 cup
  • Low fat yogurt | 0.33 cup 8 fl oz
  • Lemon juice, raw | 2.00 tsp
  • Salt | 0.25 tsp
  • Chicken breast tenders, cooked | 1 ounce
  • Apples, raw, with skin | 1.00 medium 3" dia
  • Grapes, american, raw | 1.00 cup
  • Celery, raw | 1.00 cup chopped

Instructions

  1. Chop the cooked chicken breast; dice the apple; cut the grapes into half. In a bowl, beat together the lemon juice, mayonnaise, yogurt and salt.
  2. Now put the apple, grapes, chicken, celery and 0.25 cup walnuts (if desired). Toss to coat.
  3. Serve 'Chicken Waldorf Salad' topped with the remaining 0.25 cup of walnuts.
