  • Asparagus, raw | 2.00 spear, large 7-1/4" to 8-1/2"
  • Drinking tap water | 0.50 fl oz
  • Spices, chili powder | 1.50 tsp
  • Spices, paprika | 0.50 tsp
  • Spices, garlic powder | 0.75 tsp
  • Salt | 0.50 tsp
  • Red wine vinegar | 2.00 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add asparagus (tough ends trimmed, cut into 1-inch pieces) and water; cook, stirring often, 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add chili powder and paprika, garlic powder and salt; cook until the asparagus is tender-crisp, about 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat, add vinegar and stir to coat.
