Ingredients

  • Butter salted | 1.00 tbsp
  • Ground beef raw | 1.00 lb
  • Red kidney beans, canned | 2.00 cup
  • Tomato soup, condensed | 1.25 can 10.7 oz
  • Drinking tap water | 0.75 cup 8 fl oz
  • Spices, chili powder | 1.00 tbsp
  • Salt | 1.00 tsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 0.13 tsp, ground
  • Onions raw | 1.00 cup, chopped
  • Sweet Green peppers, raw | 0.25 cup, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet.
  2. Add ground beef and cook over medium heat until browned, breaking into small pieces with a fork or spoon.
  3. Meanwhile, heat kidney beans, condensed tomato soup and hot water in a saucepan, over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Blend in a mixture of chili powder, salt and pepper.
  5. Stir onion and green pepper into sauce.
  6. Continue cooking sauce over medium heat while meat browns . Combine sauce with meat in skillet.
  7. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 min , stirring frequently.
  8. Serve hot.
