- Cut the chicken into bite-size cubes; put together the lemon juice and soy sauce in a bowl. Place the corn flour in another bowl and then stir in the lemon juice mixture to form a paste.
- Place the chicken in a shallow dish, spread the corn flour paste over the chicken and set aside for 15 minutes to develop the taste. Heat the non-stick frying pan.
- Cook the chicken in a pan for 12 minutes. Transfer to the serving plates and garnish with fresh herbs.
