- Thinly slice the scallions; shred the Chinese cabbage into thin strips; cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Heat the wok and then heat the oil in it. Now stir-fry the chicken for 2 minutes in a wok.
- At the same time, cook the noodles in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain and then rinse under hot water and then drain in the colander and leave to dry.
- Now add the scallions and Chinese cabbage in the wok together with the sauce, oil and pepper. Cook for 1 minute and then toss in the noodles. Stir and heat through.
- Serve 'Chinese Noodles' at once.
