  • Flat noodles | 2.00 cup
  • Oil, soybean | 3.00 tbsp
  • Chicken breast with skin, raw | 1.00 breast, bone removed
  • Cabbage, chinese pak-choi, raw | 1.00 head
  • Spring onions | 4.00 small 3" long
  • Soy sauce made from soy and wheat shoyu | 2.00 tbsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Sesame oil | 0.13 tsp

  1. Thinly slice the scallions; shred the Chinese cabbage into thin strips; cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Heat the wok and then heat the oil in it. Now stir-fry the chicken for 2 minutes in a wok.
  2. At the same time, cook the noodles in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain and then rinse under hot water and then drain in the colander and leave to dry.
  3. Now add the scallions and Chinese cabbage in the wok together with the sauce, oil and pepper. Cook for 1 minute and then toss in the noodles. Stir and heat through.
  4. Serve 'Chinese Noodles' at once.
