  • Semi sweet chocolate | 1.50 cup chips 6 oz package
  • MORI-NU, Tofu, silken, firm | 12.00 oz
  • Peanuts raw | 0.50 cup

  1. Peel the bananas and then cut them in half lengthways. Take chop peanuts. Blend the tofu in a blender until smooth. Cook the chocolate in a double boiler, simmers until melts. Now place the chocolate, vanilla and salt over the tofu in a blender, blend until all smooth.
  2. Transfer to the small deep bowl. Take 20 lollipop sticks. Insert each stick into one end of each banana half and then dip in the chocolate mixture. Scatter over the peanuts and place on the wax paper.
