Ingredients

  • Bananas, raw | 2.00 large 8" to 8-7/8" long
  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 1.00 tsp
  • Cocoa powder, unsweetened | 2.00 tbsp
  • Egg, white, raw | 3.00 large
  • Milk with 2% milk fat | 0.50 cup
  • Whole wheat, rolled oats, presweetened, with pecans, cereal | 2.50 cup 1 NLEA serving
  • Artificial sweetener,SUCRALOSE,SPLENDA | 0.33 cup
  • Fortified chocolate soy milk | 2.00 fl oz

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Pour into non-stick cake pan.
  3. Bake at 300 F for 25 minutes or until firm.
  4. Let cool slightly before cutting.
  5. We have made these into 8 small bars, but you could easily make into 4 larger ones, with double the protein (e.g., 23 g protein per bar).
