  • Chocolate pudding mix, instant, low calories | 0.50 package 1.4 oz box, 4 servings
  • Milk, nonfat, skim, with vitamin A and D | 1.75 cup
  • Lemon flavor low fat yogurt | 1.50 cup
  • Bananas, raw | 1.00 medium 7" to 7-7/8" long

Instructions

  1. Cut banana into chunks.
