  • Whole milk with added vitamin D | 2.50 cup

  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 0.50 tsp
  • Cocoa powder, unsweetened | 0.50 cup
  • heavy whipping cream | 1.25 cup, whipped
  • Raspberries, raw | 1.50 cup

  1. Put together the cinnamon, cornstarch, cocoa powder and 0.66 cup of brown sugar in a heavy saucepan. Then add the milk and 0.5 cup of the cream; beat them together and then bring them to boil at a medium heat, stirring, until the pudding is thick and smooth.
  2. Then remove the pan from the heat, add in vanilla, stir. Take six ramekins, ladle the mixture in them and cover with the plastic wrap.
  3. Now in a small bowl, whisk together the remaining heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form. Serve the pudding with the raspberries and whipped cream. Serve 'Chocolate Cinnamon Pudding Recipe' hot or chilled.
