- Put together the cinnamon, cornstarch, cocoa powder and 0.66 cup of brown sugar in a heavy saucepan. Then add the milk and 0.5 cup of the cream; beat them together and then bring them to boil at a medium heat, stirring, until the pudding is thick and smooth.
- Then remove the pan from the heat, add in vanilla, stir. Take six ramekins, ladle the mixture in them and cover with the plastic wrap.
