  • Bananas, raw | 1.00 large 8" to 8-7/8" long
  • heavy whipping cream | 2.00 tbsp
  • Coffee, brewed, espresso, restaurant-prepared, decaffeinated | 1.00 fluid ounce
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • fresh pineapple, raw | 0.25 cup, chunks
  • Strawberries, raw | 4.00 medium 1-1/4" dia
  • Semi sweet chocolate | 0.33 cup large chips

Instructions

  1. Place chocolate, cream, espresso, vanilla and salt in a medium microwave-safe bowl; microwave on Medium, stirring every 20 seconds, until melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Pour the chocolate mixture into a serving bowl.
  3. Fondue forks or bamboo skewers will help to pick and dip.
  4. Serve with pineapple chunks, strawberries, Banana slices.
