  • Butter salted | 1.00 tbsp
  • Cocoa | 0.50 oz
  • Drinking tap water | 2.00 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar | 1.00 cup sifted
  • Milk, nonfat, protein fortified, skim | 0.50 cup

  1. Take a pan with hot water; add butter, milk and cocoa powder to dissolve well. Add sugar in a bowl and place over a pan of hot water.
  2. Stir well until forms smooth and glossy texture. Place out from the heat and let cool. Use wooden spoon to whisk well to make it thick enough to spread.
