Ingredients

  • Oatmeal crisp with almonds, cereal | 3.00 cup 1 NLEA serving
  • Granulated sugar | 2.00 cup
  • Whole milk with added vitamin D | 0.50 cup
  • Cocoa | 1.00 oz
  • Butter without salt | 0.50 cup
  • Shredded coconut meat | 1.00 cup, shredded

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and cocoa first (that way its smooth). Add milk and sugar.
  2. Bring to boil over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add coconut and oatmeal.
  3. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto wax paper and leave to cool.
