  1. Grate the orange peel; beat the eggs. Heat the oven at a temperature of 350?F. Take a 5x9-inch loaf pan, coat with the oil. In a large bowl, put together the sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and butter; mix them well until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
