Ingredients

  • Low fat yogurt | 1.00 cup 8 fl oz
  • Granulated sugar | 0.75 cup
  • Cornstarch | 2.00 tsp
  • Evaporated milk, canned | 1.00 can 13 oz
  • Semi sweet chocolate | 1.00 cup chips 6 oz package

Instructions

  1. Stir together the cornstarch and sugar, and place in a saucepan.
  2. Stir in the evaporated milk, and chocolate chips.
  3. Cook over medium heat until chocolate is melted and the mixture is thickened.
  4. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
  5. Remove the mixture from the heat, and stir in the plain yogurt and vanilla. Refrigerate until chilled.
  6. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker, and freeze.
  7. This will be ready in 2 hours.
