Ingredients

  • Tomatoes, red, raw | 2.00 Italian tomato
  • Onions raw | 0.25 cup, chopped
  • Lime juice, raw | 2.00 tbsp
  • Olive oil | 1.00 tablespoon
  • Garlic, raw | 2.00 Tbsp
  • Salt | 0.25 tsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 0.13 tsp, ground
  • Avocados, raw | 2.00 avocado, NS as to Florida or California

Instructions

  1. Cut garlic cloves into two halves, peel, de-seed then cut the avocados. Cut tomatoes into quarters.
  2. Put tomatoes, onion, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a processor. Process until mixture is coarsely chopped.
  3. Now add avocado and process again, just until mixture is chopped.
  4. In a serving bowl, transfer the mixture and cover with a plastic wrap. Chill for up to 1 hour then serve.
  5. Garnish dip with chopped tomato if desired. Serve with snacks.
