- Cut garlic cloves into two halves, peel, de-seed then cut the avocados. Cut tomatoes into quarters.
- Put tomatoes, onion, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a processor. Process until mixture is coarsely chopped.
- Now add avocado and process again, just until mixture is chopped.
- In a serving bowl, transfer the mixture and cover with a plastic wrap. Chill for up to 1 hour then serve.
- Garnish dip with chopped tomato if desired. Serve with snacks.
