- In small bowl, combine sugar with cinnamon, then, preheat oven at a temperature of 350°F.
- Grease tortillas with melted butter then sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture. Cut each tortilla into eight wedges.
- Spread half of them in 15x10-inch baking pan. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until dry and crisp. Follow the same procedure with remaining wedges.
- Cool completely then serve with cream cheese or as it is!
