  • Granulated sugar | 0.25 cup
  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 0.50 tsp
  • Butter without salt | 2.00 tbsp
  • Ready-to-bake flour tortilla | 6.00 tortilla approx 7-8" dia

  1. In small bowl, combine sugar with cinnamon, then, preheat oven at a temperature of 350°F.
  2. Grease tortillas with melted butter then sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture. Cut each tortilla into eight wedges.
  3. Spread half of them in 15x10-inch baking pan. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until dry and crisp. Follow the same procedure with remaining wedges.
  4. Cool completely then serve with cream cheese or as it is!
