  • Mollusks, clam, canned, liquid | 1.00 cup
  • Garlic, raw | 2.00 Tbsp
  • Cream cheese | 3.00 oz
  • Lemon juice, raw | 2.00 tsp
  • Salt | 0.25 tsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 0.13 tsp, ground
  • Tabasco | 1.00 tsp
  • NABISCO RITZ Crackers | 25.00 cracker

Instructions

  1. Drain and set aside contents of minced clams.
  2. Rub inside surfaces of a large bowl with crushed garlic cloves.
  3. Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Tabasco thoroughly in the bowl.
  4. Blend in the minced clams, spread on crackers.
  5. Garnish with slivers of pimiento, ripe olives or stuffed olives to serve!
