- Cut each chicken breast into 1-inch strips; lightly beat the egg in a small bowl. Preheat the oven at a temperature of 400?F. Take a medium bowl; put together the coconut, pepper, garlic powder, flour and salt in it.
- Now first dip the chicken pieces in the egg and then coat it with the flour mixture. Take a baking pan of the size of 15x10x1-inch, put the chicken pieces in it and then drizzle over the butter. Then bake the chicken pieces for 25 minutes until cooked through.
- Turn them over and bake again for 15 minutes.
