  • Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified | 0.50 cup
  • Dried coconut flakes, sweetened | 1.00 cup
  • Egg, whole, raw | 1.00 small
  • Butter without salt | 0.33 cup

  1. Cut each chicken breast into 1-inch strips; lightly beat the egg in a small bowl. Preheat the oven at a temperature of 400?F. Take a medium bowl; put together the coconut, pepper, garlic powder, flour and salt in it.
  2. Now first dip the chicken pieces in the egg and then coat it with the flour mixture. Take a baking pan of the size of 15x10x1-inch, put the chicken pieces in it and then drizzle over the butter. Then bake the chicken pieces for 25 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Turn them over and bake again for 15 minutes.
