  • Pecans | 1.00 oz (19 halves)
  • Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares | 0.50 cup, grated
  • Unsweetened dried coconut | 0.50 oz

  1. Chop the pecans coarsely; cut the chocolate squares into small chips and then place in a small glass bowl and microwave for 1.5 minutes at medium, stirring twice.
  2. When the chocolate is almost smooth, add the pecan and coconut and stir well. Take a baking sheet; line it with the wax paper.
