  • Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified | 1.00 cup
  • Egg, whole, raw | 5.00 medium
  • Granulated sugar | 2.00 cup
  • Coffee, instant, regular, powder | 6.00 tsp
  • Semi sweet chocolate | 5.00 oz approx 60 pcs
  • Butter without salt | 8.00 oz
  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 1.00 tbsp
  • Salt | 0.50 tsp

  1. Heat the oven at a temperature of 350?F. Take a 13x9-inch baking pan, grease the pan with the butter and then spread flour over. In a 3-quart heavy pan, place the butter in it and then melt the butter with the chocolate and coffee powder at low heat, beat well.
  2. Put the pan away from the heat and then cool. When the mixture is up to lukewarm, beat the vanilla and sugar in it. Now beat the eggs in it, one at a time.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together the cinnamon, flour and salt.
  4. Combine the flour mixture with the chocolate mixture and beat them well. Now spread this chocolate and flour mixture in the pan and place in an oven and bake for 30 minutes until set. Set aside to cool. Cut into pieces and then place in serving plates and serve Coffee Brownies with the coffee.
