  • Starfruit, raw | 1.00 medium 3-5/8" long
  • Kiwifruit, green, raw | 2.00 fruit 2" dia
  • Grapes, american, raw | 1.00 cup
  • Honeydew melons, raw | 3.00 melon 6" - 7" dia
  • Apples, raw, with skin | 1.00 medium 3" dia
  • Limes, raw | 1.00 fruit 2" dia
  • Unsweetened white grapefruit juice, canned | 6.00 fl oz

  1. Remove stems of grapes, peel and chop kiwi fruit then slice the star fruit thinly.
  2. Peel the lime, reserve its rind and juice. Core and thinly slice the apple.
  3. Cut melon into two halves, remove its seeds and scoop out flesh with melon baller then reserve the melon shells.
  4. Combine apple slices, melon, grapes, grapefruit, star fruit and kiwi fruit in a large bowl, toss gently to mix.
  5. Cut lime rind into fine strips, blanch them in boiling water for 30 seconds, strain then rinse in cold water.
  6. Drizzle juice of lime into fruits and mix gently.
  7. Spoon the fruits into reserved melon shells.
  8. Refrigerate it if you have time or serve as it is.
