- Peel the onion and slice it very thinly, separating it into rings. Tear mint leaves from the stalk and chop finely.
- Now in a large mixing bowl, mix together, chopped mint, onion rings, chopped cucumber, yogurt, salt and sugar.
- Mix well then transfer into serving bowl and refrigerate to chill.
- Sprinkle a pinch of chili powder just before serving and garnish with mint leaves.
