Ingredients

  • Fresh peppermint | 20.00 leaves
  • Onions raw | 1.00 small
  • Low fat yogurt | 1.25 cup 8 fl oz
  • Salt | 0.50 tsp
  • Granulated sugar | 0.50 tsp
  • Spices, chili powder | 0.13 tsp
  • Cucumber, peeled, raw | 0.50 cup, pared, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and slice it very thinly, separating it into rings. Tear mint leaves from the stalk and chop finely.
  2. Now in a large mixing bowl, mix together, chopped mint, onion rings, chopped cucumber, yogurt, salt and sugar.
  3. Mix well then transfer into serving bowl and refrigerate to chill.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of chili powder just before serving and garnish with mint leaves.
