Ingredients

  • Cornmeal, whole-grain, yellow | 1.00 cup
  • Whole grain wheat flour | 0.50 cup
  • Low sodium baking powder | 2.00 tsp
  • Salt | 0.50 tsp
  • Palm kernel oil | 1.00 tablespoon
  • Low fat milk, with vitamin A and D | 1.00 cup
  • Egg, whole, raw | 1.00 medium
  • Granulated sugar | 0.03 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
